Terms of Service

Legal terms governing the use of MustSeen Bridge Engine API and related services

1. Agreement Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "you") and Aaron Technologies OÜ ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), an Estonian limited liability company, governing your access to and use of the MustSeen Bridge Engine API platform and services.

Agreement Formation

By creating an account, accessing our API, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Estonian law and European Union regulations. Any disputes shall be resolved in Estonian courts with jurisdiction in Tallinn.

2. Service Description

MustSeen Bridge Engine API

A B2B travel intelligence API service that processes unstructured travel inquiries and converts them into structured, actionable data for travel businesses. The service includes natural language processing, intent extraction, and data enrichment capabilities.

3. User Obligations

Acceptable Use

Use the API only for legitimate travel business purposes

Respect rate limits and usage quotas specified in your plan

Maintain secure handling of API credentials and access tokens

Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

Prohibited Activities
  • • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code
  • • Using the service for illegal activities or fraud
  • • Attempting to overwhelm or damage our infrastructure
  • • Sharing API credentials or reselling access without authorization
  • • Processing personal data without proper legal basis and consent
  • • Using the service to compete directly with our business

Data Protection Obligations

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you process through our API complies with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, local privacy laws). This includes obtaining necessary consents, implementing appropriate security measures, and respecting data subject rights.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Critical issues: 2 hours
Standard issues: 24 hours
General inquiries: 48 hours
Maintenance Windows

Scheduled maintenance: Sundays 02:00-06:00 CET with 48h advance notice

SLA Exceptions

SLA guarantees do not apply during force majeure events, scheduled maintenance windows, issues caused by third-party services beyond our control, or problems resulting from customer misuse of the API.

5. Liability & Limitations

Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will substantially conform to the documentation provided. However, the service is provided "as is" and we make no warranties regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the service will meet all specific requirements.

Liability Cap

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or use of our services is limited to:

12 months of fees paid

or €10,000, whichever is lower

Excluded Damages

We exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

Customer Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless against claims arising from: (a) your use of the service in violation of these Terms, (b) your violation of applicable laws, (c) your processing of personal data without proper authorization, or (d) claims that your content infringes third-party rights.

6. Termination

Customer Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support. Termination is effective at the end of your current billing period.

Our Termination Rights

We may terminate your access immediately for material breach of these Terms, illegal activities, or non-payment after 30 days written notice.

Data Retention

Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days to allow for reactivation, then permanently delete it unless legally required to retain it longer.

Survival

Sections relating to payment obligations, liability limitations, intellectual property, and dispute resolution survive termination.
